In this paper we report the synthesis of 68Ga labeled NODAGA-Erlotinib for imaging of EGFR over-expressing tumors. NODAGA-Erlotinib conjugate was synthesized by reaction of the terminal alkyne of Erlotinib using Cu catalyzed click reaction.
